Eating snacks is in and of itself a lovely moment!

However, every kind of snacks has a specific time for intake, and I would also say that we eat based on our mood!

If we’re in the best mood, we can have our favorite snack! 😬
In the face of a depressing mood, we can simply accept whatever comes up! 🫤
If we’re feeling health conscious, we can say no to snacking! 🤭
Coming to the question –
What kind of snack would I have right now?
I would say, “Hey, it’s 9:51 p.m. right now, and I’m done with the food, busy with work, and in a sleepy zone, so no snack!”😴
