There is no denying that physical activity is crucial to leading a good life—well, a healthy one—but we humans actually carry a lot of burdens with us every day, including obligations, emotional stress, and daily chores. Some days we are happy, and other days we are completely miserable! and we lose sight of life’s fundamental balance because of all this chaos! (Oh, you heard correctly—I’m referring to the situation involving all of us.)

This daily burden might sometimes make us feel like we should eat the best food and other times like we should skip meals altogether. However, we often forget that – we are here on this planet 🌎 – to be the best and do good in any circumstances, and physical activity is fundamental to this.
Yoga, meditation, running, or even simply taking a quick stroll at the beginning of the day can all help to awaken our senses, make us feel our best, and give us the strength to battle evil in its purest form.

I wouldn’t say that this is my favourite workout, but for the sake of every new day, I perform Surya Namaskar, meditate for a little while, and then simply go outside to jog. If it’s raining or cold outside, I’ll try skipping on the balcony.
The purpose of sweating is to give me more energy to do my best work for the day.
P.S I still claim that this is not one of my favourites activity, but I do it to brighten my day!
